Go live with Stripe.
Add your test/live secret key as STRIPE_SECRET_KEY, set STRIPE_MOCK=false, and point a webhook at /api/stripe/webhook (event checkout.session.completed) with STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET. Members then pay by card; paid invoices are ready to reconcile against QuickBooks.
